The Hutchinson Thomas Road Traffic Accident (RTA) portal is now online. Here you will find a Claim Notification Form that, once completed, will allow Hutchinson Thomas to take forward a Claim on your behalf.
The Claim form is in Adobe pdf format and is easy to complete, with drop down options for a number of the sections.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
To obtain a Claim form, please click on the RTA Claim Form link in the Main Menu area on the left hand side of this page.
Underneath Categories, click on the link called Claim Forms.
Now you can simply Open, complete and submit the Claim form. The form can also be printed out or saved for future reference.
